Children Today

Children today are lazy, and don't get good excercise. They struggle at school, and mainly eat junk food. Some are like this due to influence of parents, but most of them don't.
They have good garden facilities, and the oppurtunity to go on sports courses, but still stay on the sofa and use gadgets.
They become very irritable and stubborn if they play too much gadgets, or drink too much pop.This is why we need to convince all kids to get out there and excercise!

The effects of alcohol

Alcohol is extremely addictive, and can seem refeshing, when all it does is harm you. Taking it in small amounts is fine, but in big amounts it's horribly harmful.Here are some of the symptons:

• It can disrupt almost all the systems in your body
• Long-term heavy drinking can lead to higher risk of liver cancer
• Young people who drink risk suffering damage to their brains now, and increasing memory loss in adulthood.
• You simply are out of control when you are drunk

These are just a few reasonswhy alcohol is bad.

Global Warming

The Polar ice caps are melting at an alarming rate, causing the sea level to rise.The temperature is also rising.You can do your bit to protect the enviroment by doing these simple things:

• Stop dumping sewage into rivers and seas.
• Save water by switching the tap off when not needed
• Turn off lights when not necessary
• Use energy-efficent lightbulbs
• recycle
